Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out withing 3-5 business days of the order being places. Depending on your location delivery time may vary.

U.S Shipping (Domestic)
Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage which will take up to 7 business days for delivery.

International (Outside the U.S)
Currently we are not shipping outside the U.S due to changing tariff. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to be able to ship to you soon!

If you run into any issues with your package, please contact me. However after it is marked "delivered", please contact USPS.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from Seattle, WA!

Do you ship to my country?

Currently due to changing tariff information we are currently only shipping to the U.S. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to be able to ship to your country in the near future!

Refunds & Exchanges

Is it possible to get a refund after I placed an order?

Orders placed within 72 hours are eligible for a refund. Please contact me within 72 hours of your order being placed for a refund.

What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately exchanges are not available at the moment, and can not be returned for a refund. We apologize for this inconvenience.

I'm missing an item! What do I do?

If you are missing an item from your order please contact me within 14 days of your package being marked as delivered, and I will do my best to help you!

Missing items can be re-shipped within 1-2 business days with tracking.
